Bring your progress records together
Give weight and measurements a dated history, with room for the everyday details you want to remember.
Start with what you already have
A weight saved in a message, measurements in a notebook, a photo buried in your camera roll: each may hold a piece of your history. Start by gathering the dates and numbers you can verify. You do not need to recreate every week. A few entries with clear dates are easier to revisit than a complete timeline built from guesses.
Give numbers a place in time
Add weight and body measurements to myMON with their corresponding dates. When reviewing older notes, check which measurement each number describes and the unit used. This makes the record understandable when you return to it later. The charts bring entries into view over time; they do not require every entry to move in the same direction.
Leave room for daily life
Your records can include more than weight and measurements. Water, food, and symptom entries give you other details to revisit from the same period. Choose what you want to keep track of within your existing care plan. A short, factual entry can be enough to remind you of a day without turning logging into another lengthy task.
Review without grading yourself
Set aside a moment to look back through the history you have collected. Notice which dates you want to discuss or where your notes leave a question open. A missing entry is a gap in the record, not a verdict on your effort. You can return to tracking with today's information and build from there, at your own pace.
